We
believe that it is better to do our job to the
satisfaction of our customers. If by any chance
you are not entirely happy with your order, just
bring the items and your receipt back within 2
weeks from the promised release date and we will
do any additional work to fix the problem.
We ask you to pick up your orders after 3:00pm
on the promised date on weekdays and between 12
noon and 2:00pm on Saturday. Of course, if
you come after the promised date, you can come
at any time convenient to you.
We are required to keep unclaimed orders for
30 days after the promised date. Since we
know you are very busy, we will try to contact
you in case you forget about your order.
However, we cannot be responsible for your
garments any longer than 6 months. If your
order is not picked up by then, your clothes
will be donated to a charity of our choosing
with no monetary refund to you.
Unfortunately, we got burned
one too many times by checks, so it is now
our policy NOT to accept checks. Visa and MasterCard
are accepted
on orders over $30.00. And, of course, cash is always welcome.
